Boxing legend Ricky Hatton has shared his thoughts on Tyson Fury's upcoming undisputed heavyweight world title fight with Oleksandr Usyk
Ricky Hatton has delivered his verdict on Tyson Fury’s upcoming undisputed heavyweight title fight with Oleksandr Usyk.
Boxing legend Hatton is confident that Fury will define his career with a win over the former undisputed cruiserweight champion, given the ‘Gypsy King’s’ greater size and similar skillset. However, ‘The Hitman’ does not regard the fight as a ‘foregone conclusion’ as Usyk poses a different type of test than Fury’s most recent opponents.
“Usyk has a good chin but I don’t think he’s been hit by someone of the size of Tyson,” Hatton added. “The main problem Tyson is used to fighting 20 stone heavyweights. It’ll be difficult for Tyson but he’ll prepare properly in the gym, and I think he will have his game plan sorted and win the fight.
