Move over Sonic, your producer has their eyes set on a Pac-Man movie adaptation now...
Pac-Man — or Puck Man, as it was originally called in Japan — is an iconic video game character that everyone and their dog have known about since the original game took the world by storm in the 1980s. Since then, we've had numerous spin-off games, sequels, and collections such as the recently released, along with more merchandise than you can shake a stick at, as well as two TV series and appearances in movies .
Now, though, it's time for the pill-eating yellow-boi to get a movie all to himself, thanks to the wonderful mind of Sonic the Hedgehog movie producer, Chuck Williams. In partnership with Bandai Namco, the Pac-Man movie will see Justin Baldoni, Manu Gargi, and Andrew Calof produce on behalf of Wayfarer Studios and Chuck Williams and Tim Kwok produce on behalf of Lightbeam Studios.
Right now, there aren't any details of what we can expect from the movie, only that it now joins the growing list of announced video game movie and TV adaptations, such as
