Paedophile, 36, walks FREE from court after vile chats with two young 'girls'... then just weeks later he was at it again - now his mum's home has been attacked by vigilantes
A convicted sex offender was snared by 'paedophile hunters' just weeks after walking free from court. .
'Summer' immediately told Ali she was 12, and he responded saying she was ‘way too young’ and that he was 35, he said. Ali's mother called police as 'she was concerned as to the actions of the decoy group towards her son' Mr Hayhoe said.
Joanne Shepherd, mitigating, said: "One of the protective factors that were deemed to be in place was the presence of his younger brother in his life. Unfortunately, through no fault of his own, his brother and mother fell out and there was a parting of ways. He jailed Ali for five years and three months in prison, including the 18-month suspended term he was originally sentenced to last year.
