Football Insider has learned that Lucas Paqueta's potential move from West Ham to Man City is now completely off despite the two clubs agreeing a £80m fee.

But the transfer was put on hold last week as it emerged that Paqueta is the subject of a betting breaches investigation by FIFA and the FA.
