The incident happened near Kurdish cultural centre Ahmet-Kaya at 16 rue d’Enghien in the French capital's 10th arrondissement.
A 69-year-old suspect has been arrested by police in connection with the attack. Two of the four people who were injured are in a critical condition, officials said.A source told the Mirror: "Police were called and arrested him, while also confiscating his weapon. The authorities are now advising people to avoid the area."
