It should have been a fun night out but it ended in mindless violence
The heartbroken partner of a 25-year-old man who died following a serious assault in Preston has started a fundraiser to mark a year since his death.
His girlfriend, Kaitlyn Booth, has now set up a Go Fund Me page as she prepares to take on a Tough Mudder on the anniversary of the serious assault. She is also highlighting that one punch attacks can kill.Kaitlyn said: "On the 12th of August 2022, my beautiful Jack was punched and his whole life was taken from him. All it took was ONE punch. Jack had so much more to offer this world, but everything was cruelly taken away from him. The love of my life was gone in the blink of an eye.
