People are discovering you can make fluffy pancakes in air fryer with no flipping
Ahead of Pancake Day tomorrow, electrical retailer Currys has gone viral on TikTok for sharing a tutorial of how to make pancakes in an air fryer.
The popular video shows somebody layering sheets of baking paper at the bottom of the air fryer basket before pouring pancake batter over the top. Another added: “Will be trying this over the weekend. I’ve done a cobbler vibe with pancake mix in the air fryer before, so I’m super excited.”However some people weren’t convinced, one even admitted: “I tried this and it did not come out like that!”A third thought they had spotted the trick, writing: “That browning pattern is only achieved in a pan with oil or non stick spray”.
