Shoppers have taken to social media to share their upset and disappointment
People have taken to social media to share their upset and disappointment after their turkeys were rotten when they came to eat them on Christmas Day. Eager to get started on their festive feast families have opened the packaging from their 'fresh' turkey only to discover a rotten bird inside.
@EllenAlsop tweeted: "Bought a Turkey less than 5 hours ago from @sainsburys opened it to give a soak overnight and it’s absolutely stinks. I’m so gutted. A complete waste thanks @sainsburys."
