Inside Peter and Emily Andre's romance and family life as pair celebrate 8 years of marriage
Pete, 50, and Emily, 33, who share two children together, Amelia, nine, and Theo, six, met in 2010, when Peter was 36 and Emily was 20 years old.
In 2010, the Mysterious Girl singer suffered with kidney stones and met Emily when her dad tended to his illness. They became friends, but it wasn't until 2012 when they entered into a romantic relationship, and they went public with their romance at a Magic Mike premiere.at Mamhead House in Exeter exclusively covered bylast year, singer Pete said the pair always ensure they make time for themselves as a couple, which in turn makes them better parents.
The 50 year old said: “Emily is a gentle soul and an unbelievable mum. As we were friends first, we had that good foundation for our relationship. She really is my best friend. “I also think it’s important to have date nights and make time for us as a couple, away from being parents. I believe happy parents equals happy kids, and vice versa.”
