Peter Kay confirms residency at The 02 as he adds more dates to his comeback tour
Following the announcement of a nationwide arena tour, Peter Kay has confirmed a monthly residency at The 02, London. The Bolton comedian announced on Sunday night that a huge new UK comedy tour would open in Manchester this December.
As Ball revealed, . “Audiences in London have always been amongst the best in Britain, plus I think seeing the show could be part of a nice weekend away treat," Kay told the radio host. “It’s good to get back to what I love doing best, stand-up comedy and if there’s ever a time people need a laugh it’s now. And with the cost of living at an all-time high, ticket prices are starting from £35. The same price they were on my previous tour in 2010."
On Monday night, the comedy superstar left a tiny audience of just 120 people in Salford in stitches with a new "secret" gig - a day after announcing his huge comeback tour.. He had the crowd "creasing" so much they gave him TWO standing ovations at the show finale.
