EVERYONE over 50 and all those most at risk from COVID-19 should get a booster at least six months after their second dose. The booster dose will help extend the protection you gained from your first two doses and give you longer term protection.
Nonetheless, the MHRA is responsible for monitoring vaccines to ensure their benefits continue to outweigh any risks.vaccination will reduce the chance of you suffering from COVID-19, though it may take a few days for your body to build up some protection from the booster.
