Pfizer and Moderna vaccines cut the risk of getting sick with COVID-19 by 94%
CDC compared vaccination status of 623 health care workers who tested positive for COVID-19 to the status of 1,220 who tested negative. People who tested negative were five-times more likely to have been fully vaccinated compared to those who tested positive.
