Phillip Schofield has been seen a few months after leaving This Morning Phillip Schofield has been spotted enjoying a day out with his family after ITV bosses reportedly settled on the presenter who would replace him. Back in May, Schofield, 61, left This Morning after admitting to lying about an ‘unwise but not illegal’ affair with a much-younger colleague. Since then the former TV star hasn’t been seen out in public much, but was spotted out and about this week with loved ones.
The former This Morning presenter left ITV back in May Last week a source said he would likely help bring in higher ratings if he was to join the team permanently. ‘Ben did really well and the bosses loved his partnership with Holly and there was great feedback from many viewers,’ a source told the Daily Mail. ‘Ben is known throughout ITV as being very popular with the audiences of whatever shows he hosts. He is also trusted by the public and is much loved within ITV.
