Neighbour have shared their views on the proposal
The proposed development would be a single building which steps down in height from eight floors on the front to Crocus Street to four storeys adjacent to Meadows Way. If plans go ahead, the development will consist of 141 housing units. a total of 44 parking spaces will be provided.
She said: “I don’t see a problem with it, there’s already Saffron Court across the street and the Hicking Building but 141 new apartments is massive. It’s a very quiet area in this part of The Meadows and that all could very well change with more people in the area.” He said: “It’s the best thing nowadays to turn an unused building into flats. The Meadows has plenty of flats but that doesn’t stop more coming.”
