National youth charity OnSide is seeking approval from Preston City Council to provide a vast range of recreation facilities for young people at the proposed Preston Youth Zone
.A three storey building on the land bounded by Tithebarn Street, Lord Street and Crooked Lane will house the Youth Zone, aiming to combat the city’s issue with anti-social behaviour.
