It states that if the application for the Rio Grande Steak House is granted, then the location will be able to sell alcohol and open from Monday to Sunday, 10am to 11pm.The application has been made by Rio Grande Meat Market that has a shop across from the potential restaurant.In the notice it says that anyone wishing to make a representation in relation to the request can do so by writing to Watford License Authority, Town Hall, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 3EX.

But people only have 28 days to make a statement regarding the proposed changes from March 17, when the notice is dated.
