Cops confirmed that they had been alerted to a 'disturbance' on the hard shoulder near junction one southbound.Investigations are now being carried out.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.50pm on Saturday, July 22, we received a report of a disturbance on the hard shoulder of the M77, southbound near junction one.“The road was closed while enquiries were carried out.“An investigation is ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
