BREAKING: Police cordon off street in Manchester city centre after reports of person on scaffolding
Police cordoned off a major road near Manchester city centre on Monday evening following reports of a topless person climbing on scaffolding.
Pictures and videos shared with the Manchester Evening News appear to show a topless person climbing up scaffolding on a building with police tape blocking off the main road into the city centre.A number of police vehicles and fire engines were pictured at the scene.
