Images shared with The Glasgow Times showed the front of the wrecked car lodged into the low wall, which was partly-demolished by the impact of the crash.
It is understood the occupants of the car were seen exiting the car and fleeing the scene following the incident.spokesperson said:"Around 8.10pm on Friday, July 14, police received a report of a car having crashed into a wall at High Barholm, Kilbarchan.
