A forensic tent and two air ambulances were spotted at the scene
Emergency services flooded Longworth Road in Billington at around 12.30pm on yesterday . A man in his 20s was taken to hospital in a 'serious condition'.
The force has today confirmed to LancsLive that the man remains in hospital. No further details have been released about the man's condition.In a statement they said: "It was NWAS leading on it but we also attended. A man was taken to hospital and remains there for treatment." . Yesterday a spokesperson for North West Ambulance Service said: "We were called to an incident at a private address at 12.32. A response vehicle, ambulance crew and two helimed crews have attended. We have taken a patient to hospital."
At the time of the incident, police told LancsLive: "We were called by the ambulance service at shortly after 12.30pm today to a report a man had been found unresponsive at an address on Longworth Road in Billington. "Emergency services attended and the man, in his 20s, was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious condition."
