Evidence was also found that the electricity meter had been bypassed. Electricity Northwest attended the address to ensure the area was safe.As a result, a man was arrested at the scene. Kastriot Vadardha, 44, has since been charged with cultivation of a class B drug and has been remanded into custody until on November 3.
A spokesperson for the police said: "Following community reports, a cannabis farm was discovered in Lytham St Annes on Wednesday . Officers from Fylde Task Force found the grow in a property on Leach Lane, with 249 plants spread across two rooms. They were soon dismantled by the Blackpool Task Force.
