The rider was stopped by police
Police officers stopped a quadbike rider who had allegedly been driving around a Nottinghamshire town with an 11-year-old child. The incident was reported to have happened in the north of the county in Worksop.
The vehicle was reported to have been stolen, according to Nottinghamshire Police. It was allegedly being driven around the town by an adult rider who had a child holding on to the handlebars, a statement from police said. Notts Roads Policing said: "Team 1 RPU were in the Worksop area, the adult rider of this quad had his 11-year-old child hang onto the handle bars as he drove it around the towns roads. The driver of the quad has been reported for a lot of offences and the stolen quad bike has been recovered."
