Police are appealing for information following a spate of criminal damage in Manchester this summer. City centre cops have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the offences.
In one of the instances an acid pen - which contain an acid solution allowing the user to write on hard surfaces - was used to cause 'irreversible damage' to glass in one of the buildings in Piccadilly Plaza.GMP city centre tweeted: "Can you help identify this man? We want to speak to him about some instances of criminal damage in the city centre this summer. This includes an acid pen being used to cause irreversible damage to glass on a building on Piccadilly Plaza.
