Police will 'never stop looking' for Darwen woman after boyfriend who murdered her refuses to reveal location of her body
Officers investigating the disappearance and murder of the 45-year-old Darwen woman say they won't stop until they find her body. It comes as a new documentary about her is set to air on TV.This year marked four years since she was last seen and police are still appealing for information to help find her. Det Ch Insp Lukmaan Mulla, of Lancashire Police, said: “In all my years of policing this case is the one which has affected me the most.
“Even though he is now in prison Edwards has never admitted killing Susan, instead claiming that she left of her own free will, and while her family have some justice they can never fully grieve while her body remains missing. “Someone out there knows where Susan’s body is and can help police and her family. I must stress, any information, no matter how seemingly small, could help our team to find her.Susan had been subjected to several assaults by Edwards during their two-month relationship and was seen being punched to the face by him on January 15, 2019, around two weeks before her family last heard from her.
