Santa Lucia is set to open a new pasta restaurant in the West End this September.
Santa Lucia Pasta will take over the former Tony Macaroni unit on Byres Road, just minutes down the road from their newest venture, Santa Lucia Deli. Diners can expect"crowd-pleasing pasta dishes from various regions of Italy" at the new solo pasta concept restaurant.to our customers, and hope we can bring you on a journey through different parts of Italy while you try our carefully crafted handmade pasta dishes.”
The new eatery will have a menu brimming with fresh handmade pasta in all different shapes and sizes paired with moreish sauces.
