Former OnlyWayIsEssex star Kate has made a big decision regarding her second pregnancy
Kate Ferdinand has already decided what kind of birth she wants for her second child with husband Rio.
"Last time, I had an emergency C-section, and I had all the way pushing and then it went wrong. I've kind of had both births [already]… I think I know what I'm doing and I'm hopeful that it might be easier," she told host Zoe Blaskey. "I was in my own little world, I felt really confused and had lots of anxiety and I didn’t think anyone understood."
"Some moments I'm feeling amazing and full of love, but I'm too often left feeling low, like I can't escape. I'm not sure if this is the after effects of an emergency c section or the stress of another lockdown – maybe it's even a mix of both." However, explaining how he may not express his emotions but does certainly feel them, Rio said: "I had to give you an example.
