Preston North End captain Alan Browne is not looking for leniency when it comes to his side’s form.
He said: “You could allow a bit of leniency if we'd won the games that we'd dominated but because we're not getting those wins it doesn't mean anything. I think we should be right up there given the quality of our performances and chances that we've had.
"If you're not getting points every week it gets you nowhere. The break is probably coming at a good time now, we're not in the worst position and it gives us time”, three in the league, confidence, or a lack of, could begin to play a factor.
