Preston lash technician Imogen Southwood has been named by the National Hair & Beauty Federation (NHBF) as one of the top 100 Influencers throughout the UK for 2022 - well done Imogen!
, is placed at number 28 and has been invited to NHBF’S event in London this month.
These prestigious awards recognise those in the hair and beauty industry that influence, educate, and innovate the sector.The 22-year-old has over 70k Social Media followers and as well as teaching young women globally about eyelash extension application which is one of the fastest growing industries within the beauty sector, she has a renowned eyelash extension product range which she sells online worldwide.
The event which is due to take place this month is hosted by ITV’s This Morning and Cosmopolitan’s Keek Reid.Since July, people have been nominating individuals in the industry who they think are the most influential on social media including hairdressers, barbers, beauty therapists, nail technicians, make-up artists and aestheticians.
Once the nominations closed, the list was independently analysed by the influencer index based on independent data metrics. When asked about the award Imogen said ‘she was extremely thrilled and proud and was looking forward to the event in London’.
