THE price of a beer has fallen for the first time in more than two years — but only by a sobering 1p,The price of a pint has dropped at last - but just by 1pBefore last month, prices had steadily risen since December 2020, when the average for a pint in a pub was £3.79.by more than 11 per cent in two years, the Office for National Statistics reports.
