BREAKING: Princess Eugenie has announced she has given birth to a baby boy.
Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank was born on May 30 and is the latest child to join the royal family.
Eugenie is the late Queen Elizabeth’s granddaughter and is 11th in line to the throne. Her first child, August Brooksbank, was born in February 2021. She made the announcement on her Instagram account, saying: ‘Jack and I wanted to share the news that had our little boy, Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank on May 30 at 8.49 weighing 7.1Ibs.
‘He is named after his great great great grandfather George, his grandpa George and my grandpa Ronald.Eugenie shared a picture of Ernest, wearing a knitted blue-and-white hat, asleep in a Moses basket, and one of August tenderly stroking his brother’s head. The newest member of the royal family, whose title is Master Brooksbank, is 13th in line to the throne, moving the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Edward down to 14th place.
