A bumper giveaway will celebrate the launch
of doughnut company Project D in Nottingham. The Derby-based bakery is expanding into the city with a permanent concession in confectionary shop, Treat Kitchen, just inside the main entrance of Victoria Centre.
The ‘sweet deal’ between the two firms will see Project D creating bespoke doughnuts combined with a selection of Treat Kitchen’s own confectionery. As well as offering its hugely popular standard recipe doughnuts, complete with added ingredients from Treat Kitchen, Project D will be supplying vegan doughnuts to complement the confectionery manufacturer’s own range of ‘gourmet’ vegan sweets.
Treat Kitchen has allocated a nine-tray display cabinet in its store for the new Project D concession. The partnership with Project D was initially sparked by a chance meeting with Max Poynton at a Midlands business networking event.
