Police are keen to speak to the cyclist involved
Police are hoping to locate a cyclist who was involved in a one-vehicle crash in Belfast on Thursday morning.
Officers say he declined medical treatment before they arrived at the scene, and is described as wearing a dark hat and coat and wearing a rucksack on his back.Sergeant Rooney said: “Shortly after 7.45am it was reported to police that a cyclist was struck by a car in the area at a pedestrian crossing.
