A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "Police are becoming increasingly concerned for Missing 16 year old William Warby. "William was last seen in the Waterside area of the city last night, in his home address, however he has left at some stage throughout the night." The spokesperson added: "William is believed to be wearing a black jacket with distinctive yellow and white sleeves .
