*Still* hasn't been resolved for some customers
Disgruntled customers are expressing their continued frustration as they still await a refund from a cancelled music event that was meant to take place seven months ago.
But refunds are still outstanding four months on despite some customers sending 'hundreds of emails' to organisers. Sophia Fox Perfect is one customer who was excited about watching her musical idols Culture Club perform at the event. For a belated 50th birthday present, she received three VIP tickets to see the acts, but has been left bitterly disappointed.
"I lost about £80 for train tickets from Keighley and I also booked a hotel to spend the night there, but I booked that through booking.com so didn't have to pay it," Sophia said. "It's a shame because we haven't been able to do anything else to celebrate and it was just cancelled out of the blue.
