star Jen Shah has been sentenced to 6 and a half years in prison for fraud.reports that the star has been in court for her involvement in a telemarketing scheme that targeted elderly and vulnerable people and left them thousands of dollars out of pocket.
The government had originally requested 10 years in prison, whilst her lawyers sought a sentencing of three years. Judge Sidney Stein went for six and a half years, although with good behaviour she could be out in five and a half years. The reality star was also ordered to forfeit $6.5 million, make a restitution of $6.64 million, and give up over 100 luxury items . Upon leaving prison, she will be subject to five years of supervised release.
