'Disposable BBQs, glass bottles, empty cans, a used nappy - there's no respect' 🤬
Residents say they have been left in the shadows of other larger towns after a spate of anti-social behaviour - and claim things are getting worse.

They put dog poo, well I assume it's dog poo, down the slide for little kiddies to hit and broken glass, there's a section by the library where we're having big issues with the laughing gas and nitrous oxide cannisters.
She added: "No matter what, there's food left around and disposable BBQs, glass bottles, empty cans, a used nappy - all rubbish just left all over. There's no respect for our surroundings. There's people who challenge them, just get abuse back at them. He said: "What can they do except for hanging about on street corners? The council should do something.
Talking to LancsLive, the councillor suggests the reason could be down to a lack of places for teenagers to go in Rishton, he said: "There seem to be a number of these across the area and there's the cost element to it, which could be spent elsewhere, especially as budgets are tight.
