Bradley Woods, chief executive of the Australian Hotels Association's Western Australian branch, said the big bucks offer showed just how bad the labour crisis was in the hospitality industry.: “Staff shortages are having a profound effect on hospitality venues throughout WA and in turn having an inflationary impact on wages, a cost ultimately borne by the customer."
