But last May the Scheherazade was seized by the Italian police near Pisa after documents revealed how its ownership was 'connected to senior elements of the Russian government'.
Alina Kabaeva, 39, has been on board the luxury vessel which boasts six decks, gold plated toilet roll holders, and marble bathroom fittings The foundation also claimed that Magomedov paid for Peskov's honeymoon by renting him the Maltese Falcon, the world's most luxurious and expensive sailing yacht, for £336,000 per week. Their respective children have also socialised.
Magomedov is now in prison at Lefortovo prison in Moscow. He was convicted of embezzling £146.5 million from the Russian state
