Rhod Gilbert’s wife Sian Harries has spoken up about their recent trip to an ‘absolutely rammed’ A&E.
However he is remaining ‘optimistic’ and preparing to return to the stage in the new year.
Taking to Twitter, she said: ‘A&E absolutely rammed with people with hacking coughs, we were only ones there wearing masks.The comedian and his partner Sian were in hospital this week fr unspecified reasons Sian did not go into detail on why she and Rhod were in hospital, however replied to fans sending support with a series of heart emojis.
‘There have been a lot of laughs in odd places, so I am not going to be short of material,’ he wrote on Facebook.
