Blackburn Road and Market Street in Church village have been shut, with drivers advised to avoid the areaspokesman said: “We’ve got six fire engines and an aerial ladder platform at a fire involving a derelict mill on Blackburn Road, Church.
"Blackburn Road and Market Street will be closed for the next few hours whilst firefighters extinguish the fire. Please avoid the area.”
