Some works will be in place until mid October
Several different projects mean drivers using a road in Mansfield will have to cope with roadworks for a number of weeks. The A60 Nottingham Road in Mansfield will undergo a range of roadworks, including some that will last for some time.
Temporary lights are currently in place at the junction of A60 Nottingham Road, Mansfield, due to roadworks at the A611 Derby Road. These works will take place until October 15 at 8pm in order to upgrade traffic signals. Nottinghamshire County Council said that it is carrying out essential work in this area to ensure that the road is a safe and reliable. Nearby Cauldwell Road is also currently closed until October 15Other roadworks in the area include work in Berry Hill Lane, just off the A60, which will take place from Monday, September 4 until Friday, October 13. A temporary two-way signal system will be put in place.
Another upcoming planned roadwork project in Mansfield will take place in Crown Farm Way, from August 31 to September 1 for cabling works. Temporary two-way signals will also be in place at the site.
