As well as putting his side in a strong position with just one match left to go in their Arab Club Champions Cup group, it was a goal that saw him break the record for headed goals. That effort was Ronaldo's 145th headed goal in competitive matches, a tally that exceeds previous record holder Gerd Muller on 144.
