The Dons swatted the Swedes aside under Stephen Glass and must do so again if they are to reach the Europa League group stage.
Ross McCrorie believes Aberdeen can fly out to Sweden with soaring Europa League confidence – since this squad is better than the one that battered BK Hacken last time.
“I would say this Aberdeen team, physically, is far stronger. This Aberdeen can play but they can also run over teams. Barry will have the team set up to go and get a result in Sweden. But they will know the key is getting a result that would set things up for the second game at Pittodrie. McCrorie added: “I’m sure the boys will be buzzing with the draw, especially with some of the teams they could have got. In the qualifiers over the years, we got Sporting Lisbon and Qarabag, who were just out of the Champions League a few years before.
He said: “Leighton is a real technician in there. He can open defences up with passes that others just don’t see. That is the sort of thing that can make a big difference over two games.
