Man United legend Roy Keane criticised the club's attacking force ahead of Sunday's game with Tottenham.
Manchester United's midfield came in for a lot of stick following the win over Wolves and the defeat to Tottenham - and for good reason.
It was the simplicity of Wolves' play that was so startling. Time after time a forward picked the ball up in the middle of the pitch and simply waltzed unopposed towards the goal. Saturday's defeat at Spurs wasn't much better, with Christian Eriksen's introduction failing to help United wrestle back control of the game.
But speaking ahead of Sunday's game against Tottenham, Keane was eager to point out that the midfielders weren't the only players to underperform. He said on Sky: "It wasn't just the midfield three that were poor on the night with no communication, but the attacking three did not work hard enough out of possession and they were easy to play against. They got away with it, but they won't tonight .
