Rupert Grint may have loved his time playing the iconic Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter franchise, but the actor has admitted that the time was an 'out-of-body experience' that was 'suffocating' at times.
The 34-year-old Brit first hit cinemas in 2001 when he was just 11 as beloved character Ron Weasley, in his first of eight films playing titular characterSince the role, which took up much of his childhood, Rupert has worked hard on various theatre performances and independent films, in an attempt to ditch his one-character pigeonhole that child actors can be put into for the rest of their careers., Rupert said: ‘Potter was so full on — [filming] all year, then we’d promote the rest of the time.
