'It's been a terrible time.'
Ruth Langsford returned to Loose Women on Tuesday and gave an update on husband Eamonn Holmes' health.
On the show on January 3, co-panellist Carol McGiffin said: "It's nice to see you Ruth. Where have you been? You've been away for a long time." "Then a few days after that he fell down the stairs and broke his shoulder. So it's been a really difficult time. So I took some time off really to be at home and look after him.Carol replied: "That's a lot of bad luck isn't it?"
