For those missing France - and French food!
Tomorrow, people in France will be celebrating Bastille Day - or Fête nationale française - which marks the storming of the Bastille prison on July 14, 1789.And it's a sight to behold with local communities coming together to take part in festivals as they enjoy their local delicacies. But if you want to celebrate the occasion away from the sunny country, one shopper has found the perfect item to eat on the day.
Taking to Facebook's Food Finds UK group, the shopper snapped a photo of croissant rolls. And marked on the product is their 'new' label. Shoppers loved the idea of taking their sandwiches to the next level and making it a little more French for those missing the country. Taking to the comments, many people started listing their sandwich creations. And safe to say we were drooling. One said: "These would be good with ham and cheese."" I need to try this !!!" wrote a third.
