A school bus driver has been slammed for "putting kids' lives at risk" after he was caught on camera using his mobile phone while behind the wheel.
An angry parent told the Record that she called police after her son reported seeing McCallie take a “four minute call” as they approached a road with “twisty corners”. The 33-year-old said: “He put every single child’s life at risk on that bus. The mum-of-three says concerned parents immediately contacted the school and council to raise the issue after several kids raised the alarm. But she claims their complaints fell on deaf ears as McCallie was allowed to continue driving school kids around - just on a different route.
