A primary school where ‘staff nurture and encourage pupils to prepare them for life’s journey’ has received a glowing Ofsted report.
Inspectors acknowledged the high aspirations leaders have for all pupils’ behaviour and learning and that the pupils rise to these expectations and achieve well. The pupils’ behaviour is described as ‘impeccable’ in the report and inspectors observed how the children play ‘harmoniously’. Children at the school have developed a love of reading as leaders have ensured that reading is a high priority and is well resourced. The report reads: “There are beautiful libraries, book displays and reading areas throughout the school. Well-trained staff foster a love of reading in pupils across the school.”
