Telling the heavy rocker that he’d have to spend time in prison, Lord Ericht said: “You have been convicted of three charges of rape. I have taken into account the contents of a criminal justice and social work report and everything which has been said on your behalf by your counsel. At his trial, Brodie wept as he was led from the dock. Members of his family protested their relative’s innocence before court staff asked them to leave.
